Our high-quality cards are 5” x 7” (13cm x 18cm) and are printed with the environment in mind. 

All of our cards are printed on World Wildlife Fund’s FSC certified paper - a strict international certification and labelling system that’s dedicated to promoting responsible forestry management.

Northern Cards has always been concerned about the environment and for the last 30 years, we have only ever used recycled and sustainably resourced paper for all our printing and envelopes. Our cards are printed with vegetable based inks and we limit our packaging wherever possible.

Proud to have been Canada’s Greeting Card Company Since 1989, Northern Cards specializes in hand-drawn illustrations by exceptional artists. Created by our co-founders, Hugh M. Clarkson and Jean-Paul Michael, Northern Cards was based on the simple concept of putting together a single display of an assortment of high-quality greeting cards, and this still holds true today, more than thirty years and millions of cards later.
